I utilize techniques from several different theoretical orientations (Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT) in order to best address the issues that my clients are bringing into therapy. Finding a safe and confidential space to reflect and share and feel supported is so important.
My belief is that within you are the answers you are looking for. Together, we will identify what you want to hope for, strive for and ultimately create. My job is to ask powerful questions that catapult you from any "stuck" thinking into fresh insights. My goal is to help you connect the dots in a new way, see your limiting beliefs that hold you back and amplify your own instinctive solutions that you've not been hearing.
